The coffee from Brazil gives a nice body and the nutty, chocolaty notes, accompanied by the Costa Rican velvety, lightly more citrusy special character.
The "Bird of Light" coffees consist of farm selected specialty coffees, which we roast in small batches on our German Probat drum roaster. The coffees we use may change during the season and years.
