100% arabica specialty whole bean coffee.
These two Central American coffees make a perfectly balanced blend with a character of caramel, chocolate and nougat.
The "Bird of Light" coffees consist of farm selected specialty coffees, which we roast in small batches on our German Probat drum roaster. The coffees we use may change during the season and years.
