100% arabica specialty whole bean coffee.
In the eclipse espresso the fruity characters are hidden and in the foreground we have the classic dark chocolaty profile. Perfect with milk.
The "Bird of Light" coffees consist of farm selected specialty coffees, which we roast in small batches on our German Probat drum roaster. The coffees we use may change during the season and years.
