In this complex blend the fruity, floral Ethiopian qualities meet the heavy mouthfeel and the dark chocolaty hazelnut character of Brazil.
The "Bird of Light" coffees consist of farm selected specialty coffees, which we roast in small batches on our German Probat drum roaster. The coffees we use may change during the season and years.
