Ethiopia’s profile of red berries, floral and fruity notes is mixed with Costa rica’s chocolaty, caramel, velvety character, making a well structured blend.
The "Bird of Light" coffees consist of farm selected specialty coffees, which we roast in small batches on our German Probat drum roaster. The coffees we use may change during the season and years.
