The sweet fruity, red berry notes of the Ethiopian coffee meet the chocolaty, citrusy character of the Colombian coffee in an exciting complex blend.
The "Bird of Light" coffees consist of farm selected specialty coffees, which we roast in small batches on our German Probat drum roaster. The coffees we use may change during the season and years.
