100% arabica specialty whole bean coffee.
The Colombian coffee’s sweet, but slightly citrusy flavour profile is mixed with the Guatemalan’s character of chocolate and toffee.
The "Bird of Light" coffees consist of farm selected specialty coffees, which we roast in small batches on our German Probat drum roaster. The coffees we use may change during the season and years.
