Our resonance espresso blend is pleasantly acidic, with chocolate caramel and light fruity notes, recommended especially for espresso and mokka pot.
The "Bird of Light" coffees consist of farm selected specialty coffees, which we roast in small batches on our German Probat drum roaster. The coffees we use may change during the season and years.
