Our Summer edition coffee is a complex, exciting blend with chocolate and pecan nuts and a hint of tropical, fruity flavour notes.
The "Bird of Light" coffees consist of farm selected specialty coffees, which we roast in small batches on our German Probat drum roaster. The coffees we use may change during the season and years.
